The nonprofit Olive Crest, which works to prevent child abuse, has broken ground on the project at a church that is a partner in the initiative, a news release states.

Crest Cottages, the release states, is “a transformational approach to addressing the housing and stability needs of the region’s most vulnerable populations.”
