Freeway and road closures across the Inland Empire for the week of Monday, June 2, include the following:

Riverside County

71 Freeway (Monday, June 2, through Friday, June 6)

Northbound 71 Freeway, from the 91 Freeway in Corona to Butterfield Ranch Road/Euclid Avenue in Chino Hills: Alternating lane closures, 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. Monday-Thursday and 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Friday. Closures are for construction on the 71/91 Interchange Project. No detours; other lanes will be open.

Southbound 71 Freeway to west/eastbound 91 Freeway connector in Corona: Closed 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Closure is for work on the 71/91 Interchange Project. Detour is the 60 Freeway to either the southbound 57 or 15 freeways.

Eastbound 91 Freeway, from the Orange County/Riverside County line to the 15 Freeway in Corona: Alternating lane closures, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday-Thursday and 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Friday. Express lanes closed. Closures are for construction on the 71/91 Interchange Project. No detours; other lanes will be open.

Westbound 91 Freeway, from the Orange County/Riverside County line to the 15 Freeway in Corona: Alternating lane closures, 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. Monday-Thursday and 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Friday. Express lanes closed. Closures are for construction on the 71/91 Interchange Project. No detours; other lanes will be open.

Eastbound 91 Freeway to northbound 71 Freeway connector in Corona: Closed 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Closure is for work on the 71/91 Interchange Project. Detour is the eastbound 91 Freeway to Serfas Club Drive and Auto Center Drive in Corona.

Eastbound 91 Freeway Green River Road on-ramp in Corona: Closed 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Closure is for interchange improvements and construction. Detour is Green River Road to eastbound Palisades Drive and northbound Serfas Club Drive, all in Corona.

Eastbound 91 Freeway Green River Road off-ramp in Corona: Closed 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Closure is for interchange improvements and construction. Detour is the eastbound 91 Freeway to Serfas Club Drive/Auto Center Drive off-ramp in Corona.

15 Freeway (Monday, June 2, through Friday, June 6)

North/southbound 15 Freeway to westbound 91 Freeway Express Lanes connectors: Closed 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. Closure is for work on the 71/91 Interchange Project. No detours; other lanes will be open.

215 Freeway (Monday, June 2, through Friday, June 6)

North/southbound 215 Freeway: From north of Clinton Keith Road to north of Newport Road in Murrieta and Menifee: Daytime lane closures, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Scott Road interchange. Work is for paving and guardrail installation. Delays are expected.

North/southbound 215 Freeway: From San Jacinto River Bridge to the Ramona Expressway in Perris. Pavement rehabilitation will lead to alternating and various daytime lane closures, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays through fall 2026. Expect delays.

Highway 79 (Monday, June 2, through Friday, June 6)

Junction of Highway 79 at Winchester Road and Haddock Street in Temecula: Closures may be required 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays through late summer 2025. Work is related to pedestrian improvements. Delays may be possible.

San Bernardino County

Mt. Vernon Avenue Bridge area in San Bernardino (Various dates in June)

Third Street between Mt. Vernon Avenue and the parking structure, alleyway between Second and Third streets: Work may require temporary lane closures and detours 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays through early June. Crews are building new curbs, gutters and improving pavement at select locations related to Mt. Vernon Avenue Bridge project.

Kingman Street/Mt. Vernon Avenue intersection: Closed through June for utility work. Detour is Kingman Street to Cabrera Avenue.

West Valley Connector Project (Monday, June 2, through Friday, June 6)

Holt Boulevard, from Corona Avenue to Central Avenue in Ontario: Daytime lane shifts for roadway widening. Two lanes remain open in each direction; no street parking. Work includes removal and relocation of curbs, sidewalks, driveways and utilities.

Holt Boulevard at Central Avenue in Montclair: Intermittent daytime lane closures for station preparation.

Holt Boulevard, at Towne Avenue, Garey Avenue, Indian Hill Boulevard, and Clark Avenue in Pomona: Daytime lane closures for demolition, utility relocation and construction of bus stations. At least one lane will be open at all times.
