On Thursday at 7:40 p.m. an updated wind advisory was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until Friday, Mar. 14 at 5 a.m. for San Gorgonio Pass Near Banning.

“West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph,” can be expected according to the NWS San Diego CA. “These winds will likely continue through Friday into late Friday night.”

“Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result,” the NWS said. “Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.”
