
The Riverside-based Inland Empire Chorus, a women’s a cappella group, will present its fall show, “Autumn a Cappella,” 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, at the Magnolia Center Church of Christ, 6160 Riverside Ave., Riverside.
The show, centered around a small community’s preparation for its annual country fair, will feature songs including “Magic to Do,” “Happy Together,” “Goodbye World Goodbye,” “Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You,” “A Place in the Choir,” “Jazz Me Blues,” “Grow Old with You,” “My Romance,” “Friends” and “What a Wonderful World.”
The Inland Empire Chorus’s quartet Chime will sing two songs, and a double quartet from the chorus will also perform.
The show also features a guest quartet, By Special Request, which took second place in its 2025 regional contest and has received a wildcard invitation to compete in the 2025 Sweet Adelines International quartet contest in Columbus, Ohio, according to a news release.
Tickets are $15 in advance at eventbrite.com, $20 at the door and $5 for children.
The Inland Empire Chorus rehearses Tuesday evenings at Temple Beth El in Riverside, and the singers are members of Sweet Adelines International.
